Run of Show Intern
January 19th-February 3rd 2026
​Since 1954, The Winter Show is the world’s largest art fair that displays the highest quality ancient art, contemporary art, and antiques. As a nonprofit organization, all of ticket sales go towards benefiting East Side House, a nonprofit dedicated to breaking down the barriers of poverty in the Bronx.
Responsibilities:

As an office aide, take phone calls, keep records, and deliver messages to and from exhibitors

Give guided tours of the exhibit floor, speaking clearly about the art as well as the history of the Winter Show

Work in a variety private and special events throughout run of show

Aide in exhibitors lighting by taking light requests and communicating them to the electricians

Manage check-in and ticketing in the front of house
